i'm recovering from a e..d...... & my pyscologist wants me to think about something else in my life i can feel in control about...... i cant think of any.. can you.?.?

Only you.. But what else would you wanna control!.? The only person in the world who can make you sad, happy, angry, etc etc is you! It all depends on how you choose to see and respond to the things that occur around you..
