Question: Im in a state of panic.?
I have been in a state of panic for a few weeks now.. Im so stressed about work, friends and just life in general.. I have a constant feeling like something horrible is going to happen.. I dunno how to get out of this feeling.. talking to people doesnt help Health Question & Answer

Go for a boat ride, maybe on a pontoon.. That REALLY relaxes me.. I almost fall asleep on them.. Just make sure to go nice and slow through calm water..Health Question & Answer
