When I get crushes on people it's all I think about.. I'm not like a stalker or anything.. But I just think about them and see their face in my mind.. Whenever I do anything, I think What would they think.? And like, I can't do anything that they would think is uncool so I can't really be myself.. It's like I think just cos I am thinking about them, they know and they can see me.. And I can't help it, but I want it to stop.. What's wrong with me.? Please help! You are not crazy and nothing is wrong with you its just a normal part of life, what I don't understand is why wouldn't you be your self if people don't like you for who you are then they are not worth knowing.. that is totally normal.. i go through the same this when ever i get a new crush.. if you really want to stop this just try to think of something else, and keep your mind busy.. but this sort of thing will always happen and it is normal..Health Question & Answer
