Question: Just can't stop crying when I'm not under observation.. Not sure why...?
History: I recently admitted to my "significant other" that I have been hiding depression & suicidal thoughts for over a decade..
Anymore, I can't seem to keep myself from crying.. I can just barely contain it while I am in view of others, to keep from being humiliated.. But when I go to the restroom, or sit in my car, I just want to cry.. And never stop..

Get some professional help.. I suffer from the same thing yet I havent done a thing about it.. I keep blaming not having health care insurance.. but you need to do something!Health Question & Answer
I am bi-polar and know kind of how you feel, infact I just posted a question about it.. Talk to your doctor about getting on some ati-desressents, but not paxil, it's linked to people commiting suicide, and having suicidal thoughts But the only thing I can is to tell u to take a huge breath, and release it slowly, and clean yourself up.. When you go home turn on some sad music, watch a sad/ heart warming, romantic movie and cry, till you can't cry anymore..Health Question & Answer
