Well i am starting school tommorow 10th grade and im like freaking out.. Because i have anxiety and worry about everything.. I am on lexapro but have to up the dose.. In the mean time what can i do to stop worryng i feel like im not going because im worrying so much.. I also don't have lunch so im scared im gonna feel trapped and like im scared im gonna get that out of body feeling =[ please help!~Health Question & Answer

awwwwwww im shure youl be fine make shure you take your laxpro before school tomorrow , get a full night sleep warm milk and huny should help dont drink to much cafine , take some snaks with you and if your friends ont go to the same school as you try and make some new ones ! im sure youl cope try medatation there is a podcast that you can download from i-tunes that realy helps me it called chill or something , when i find my i-pod ill edit it with the name , good luck !!!!!! xxHealth Question & Answer

Ok well my advice would be to not think about it like I just started grade 7 and let me tell yea I felt like I was gunna puke but you just have to realize that it isnt really that different to grade 9 and like you did last year you will get used to it..Health Question & Answer
