I'm thinking about admitting myself to a mental hospital for a week or so 2morrow what do you think?!

In order to be admitted to a psych.. unit, you would have to say you are not feeling safe, that you feel like hurting yourself or someone else.. There has to be a reason why they would admit you..
Feeling unsafe always got me admitted to the hospital..

Admitting yourself to a hospital is a big step in getting yourself help.. Although I'm not sure why you feel you need to go you didn't say.. But if you feel you need to keep that reason to yourself then that's fine as well.. There is nothing wrong with taking that step and admitting yourself..
