My mom went to Al-Anon some, while I was in AA. I was there for drug addictions to cocaine and opiates. I didn't have an alcohol problem at all. It was a good source for my mom and taught her somewhat how to deal with me through my recovery. This in turn, helped me since she learned how to react to certain situations. I suggest it.Health Question & Answer
