My strange sleeping habits?!


Question: My strange sleeping habits.?
i was wondering if anyone can explain why i can sleep late but then have the ability to wake up early and feel absolutely fine the next morning for instance

the other night i went to bed around 2am and my alarm clock was set for 8am and i was able to wake up and get out of bed and into the shower jus fine.. i didnt sleep in or press snooze i jus got up felt normal and continued on with my day.. and this happens often where i sleep late and wake up early and feel fine

why does this happen.? like as in how come i feel ok compared to most pepl when they do thisHealth Question & Answer

Because you obviously don't need much sleep. People will always say that you *must* have eight or more hours of sleep to be healthy, but that's a load of bull. If your body is not automatically sleeping that long, don't try to force it to, it's pointless (and will just end up in you stressing needlessly, or can even give you a sleeping disorder, or so I've heard); your body is capable of deciding on its own how much sleep it needs. i wish i could have that ability, i remember there was once where i jsut slept like 2 hours and felt just fine the next day, but thats probably because i dint really fell asleep, i dont know your gifted.Health Question & Answer
