Answers:
It because you have some unresolved anger/angry issues going on that have compiled within to the point whereas they are seeping (ok, exploding) out during your sleeping states. There is something, or many things, that you are very angry about, upset about, and are fighting back, wighting with, defending yourself, expressing your strong emotions about in your sleep that need to be dealt with. If you don't recall the details, keep a pad of paper or a tape recorder next to your bed and as soon as you wake from one of these dreams, write down what you were dreaming about, as many details as you can, before they fade away as they often do. Discuss these dreams with a therapist. Once you can come to terms or resolve the issues that are eating you up from inside, may you have a fighting chance to rest easier.Health Question & Answer

I work on a secure psychciatric unit and have done for 10 years but very rarely have i heard of our patients doing this in their sleep. You may be suffering from a sleep disorder which may not be connected to your mental illness. Go to your doctor they may send you to a sleep clinic for tests.Health Question & Answer

as you know there are 5 levels when you sleep, an average person will be at about 1 to 2.let me narrow this down.

1=snoring in your sleep
2=talking in your sleep
3=wetting the bed in your sleep
4=walking in your sleep
5=fighting in your sleep
