Hi, when i cry, which isn't a lot but when i do i cant stop myself and of course I'm having family issues so lucky me i cry even more now. and i cant stop like i get so worked up over nothing and i cant breathe and sometimes i pass out from not breathing or i need to take a lot of advil to calm me down. i tryed counting and hot tea but sometimes when i let my tears out, i go over board. i tryed to talk to my family about it and of course there like oh well stop crying then, but how can i.? since they obsessively don't care and i don't want medicines. please help.? what would you do.? how can i let words not effect me that much anymore.?

I think you are emotionally stressed. When we get pent up emotions, they come out in strange ways. The body must release this stress and crying is just one way of doing that. I think you need to talk to someone about your family problems, for they are the root of your uncontrollable crying jags..Do you have a counselor at school.? Or a parent of a friend you trust.?
