When you feel your best, through whatever it may be.... activity, relationship, insight, etc.... I feel that's a good reason, even if it's brief and infrequent. And it's usually the small things. Because you can feel better with the attention of a psychiatrist. Because life does not have to be that bad. There are medications and therapy that can help with feeling suicidal.
