Question: Will someone please please help me CALM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE!.?
Ok this is how it all started i get home from a longgggg day of test at school obviously im really tired..i lay down on my bed and get on my laptop for about 5 mins. but im so sleepy i cant take it!so i lay down and before i can fall asleep my mom comes bargging in my room littlery yells as loud as she can and says "GET UP!YOUR NOT GOING TO SLEEP!BE A NORMAL CHILD GET UP U WEIRDO..WHATS WRONG WITH YOU HUH.?UR SO LAZY"
i tell her if i want to sleep i could and she says as long as im under her rules i cant because then at night ill have trouble sleeping.
and then she goes off saying how bad of a child i am and that i dont giver her no attention i want to tell her saomething but i can tell that as soon as she see's im going to say something she trys slapping me!
PLEASE help me guys im in tears i cant take this anymore!help me calm down please! as soon as i hear her voice i just want too slap her and go nuts i cant control it!

Are you by chance an only child or the oldest.? Im assuming you are a teenager or close to it....My best advice to you is that your Mom may be missing you but not showing it in a proper way. My Mom use to do that too and now that I am older I understand, but then I didnt. She actually drove me further away with her actions. Try to stay awake..but go to bed early. Go help her oout around the house or go sit with her or something...making an effort wont hurt you. Remember you are under her roof and you really should help her out...it wouldnt kill ya right.? and in the end she may stop driving you crazy.

You don't say how old you are but obviously still in school.
HOw about this idea, it will help you calm down, focus and explain to mom how you feel. Write mom a letter-I don't mean a quick no Information note-But a letter, explaining you had a bad day, that you were really tired but didn't mean to upset her. To some extent she's right-sometime if yo nap it is harder to sleep at night. Maybe suggest to mom maybe trying a 20min. power nap will help you. also I feel bad that you have to be afraid that mom may slap you for talking to her-that's not the way it is suppose to go. Writ in the note that you are hoping thatt by taking time and effort in writing the note, that maybe you and her can work with her on both of you getting closer and getting to know each other by taking the time to write downthoughtss instead of just blurting out something.Health Question & Answer

Talk to you mom. Sit her down and tell her what happened during the day. Tell her that you had a lot of testing today, and it made you tired. Tell her you want a nap.

Chances are, if you fall asleep right now, you will probably sleep through the night and wake up completely refreshed the next morning.

this is very normal and other people your age will go through the same thing. Please take a deep breath... Breath in.... Breath out... Slowly you need to sit down and take deep breaths then. when you are ready you need to go to your mother look her in the eye tell her mom we need to talk. i need to tell you somthing importand. That should get her attention if not they she is a bad mom (no offence) lol ok so tell her what your situation is and how you feel. Tell her you need some time alone.
