Question: Is there a mental illness where children feel like they are living in a dead persons body.?
And other than living in the dead body every thing is fine. Good personality and everything...is getting help but not sure about what's going on. The dead body was supposedly a ghost of some sort. Health Question & Answer

I don't know about mental illness. I guess it's a possibility. But could it also be a possibility they are experiencing some sort of past life regression, or they are psychic in some way.?
If the child's behavior otherwise is quite normal, and they are not posing a danger to themselves or anyone else, talk to your doctor or other health professional but don't worry about it too much. They may grow out of it or maybe they have some abilities you don't full understand.
