how can i get over the urge to look at porn.? i started watchin when i was a kid, so thats why its so hard for me. i havent watched it in a long time, but its hard not to give into that temptation. what can i do.? its mentally frustratin for me.Health Question & Answer

It is very easy to become addicted to porn. My best friend's marriage ended over her husbands excessive use of it.
