You should see a doctor. Your body requires sleep and it is critical that you see a doctor if you are not sleeping. We weren't made to stay awake for days on end, so if you aren't sleeping then you are fighting sleep. You may be stressed about something and aren't aware of it. Sometimes when I can't sleep I take a hot bath and put fresh sheets on the bed. It's the best feeling and it helps me relax.
