the first thing i thought of when i saw this was that she was probably having sex the doctor.

I would think that she's been in high heels all day and her feet hurt, or the shoes have possibly even rubbed enough to cut her ankles and she physically can't walk in them anymore. I've taken heels off walking between classes before, that doesn't mean I'm having sex with my teachers.

You probably just jumped the gun. She could just be tired. Most doctors offices have long wait times. Maybe the heals were hurting her feet. She may have had to take them off during the visit and didnt want to put them back on. I would only be worried if she walked out with her bra thrown over her shoulder and her skirt hiked up!Health Question & Answer
If this happened in a movie, I would assume the characters might of had sex. Because this happened in real life, I think her feet were tired and hurting her. She probably doesn't like that pair of shoes.
