Question: I am so stressed out help me! someone whos gone through middle school or someone who is surviving it.?
ok im in 8th grade i had 5 tests today and 3 hours of homework i am so stresssed out and worst of all this is only my second year at this school so with all the work i had no time to make new friends :( well i made a couple but they all turned out to be bitches so i need a way to calm myself down today i pretended to be sick so i wouldnt have to go to school but then i misssed my 5 tests and im gonna have to take them tomorrow along with the other 3 tests anyways so far ive been getting all As but dont know what to do and now that inm stressed i have acne o someone help me releive stress please! im begging u oh and it turns out all my clothes dont fit the dress code and ill hav to buy all new clothes when my parents cant afford it :( help i am serious like right now im crying oh and to top it all off im taking 3 art classes after school each day so i can get into BSA which is really hard to get into please please help me i wanna just crawl into a small hole and just stay there forever :(Health Question & Answer

I have lived through middle school (barely). I am 26 now but I can honestly say that middle school was the worse years of my life! Trust me, things will get better! I would highly recommend talking to a therapist. These are very important years in your life and talking to someone could help you gain some perspective and come up with ideas on how to handle your stress. also meditation is a great thing to learn to deal with stress. I myself am in middle school, and have a couple tips to share. Let's see...

1. Meditate. Helps A LOT.
2. Exercise, go for a walk around the neighborhood, read

:( I'm sorry your going through this. Anxiety seems like the root of all evil, doesn't it.?
I suggest taking a hot bath, and doing deep breathing.
Have a schedule and do your homework according to it.
Maybe you can do some homework during lunch so you are using your time wisely.
Maybe those art classes shouldn't be so often... try to pace yourself more.
and most of all: don't worry. the worst that can happen is you get a bad grade, fix it, and move on. Correct.?
Still, I know how hard and depressing it is, but it will pass.

Remember that these things are temporary. Do NOT procrastinate! It only makes things worse. Do things as they're assigned and take life one day at a time. If you fail a test, oh well. You tried right.? I can't even count on all my fingers and toes how many times I failed tests. But guess what.? Now I'm a sophomore in college and it's all behind me.
