Work is making me so stressed, help!?!

Question: Work is making me so stressed, help!.?
Every time after I speak with a customer, I reverse, in my head, exactly what I said. The I have a mental mini-freakout b/c I always think I said something wrong or gave them the wrong impression, even though I didn't.

How can I stop analyzing every single detail like this.? And how can I stop the freakouts.?

(Please don't say, "find another job." I love my job, it is exactly what I want to do, and the bottom line, it pays the bills!).Health Question & Answer

Before you speak with a customer and you feel you might not make a good impression, take a deep breath. It will calm your nerves, and make you think clearer.

I believe you can do it, just remember not to give up, and that practice makes perfect. =D

I haven't had work experience yet, but hopefully I will soon. Whenever I'm in a stressful/crunchtime situation I just take a deep breathe, and it works wonders for me.Health Question & Answer

I have the same problem sometimes. I have to fully be focused on whoever it is I'm talking to when I'm on the phone/with a customer. If I have anything else going on (i.e. emailing a friend or something), I can't concentrate and I flub up big time.

I would suggest putting 100% concentration into what it is you're doing. Health Question & Answer

If you are having anxiety see your doctor about it, these freak outs may indicate stress that you may not want to face and you have to do something about them.Health Question & Answer

Customers annoy me! When I am a customer I am very polite. Many are not - you shouldn't care, I doubt they give you a second thought. Few are oblivious you even exist, seriouslyHealth Question & Answer
