First, I'd say get some therapy. I'm not implying you're crazy-just that you need someone to help you A) realize that the past is the past-time to move forward and realize that you don't have to be a victim of circumstances beyond your control and B) Help you learn how to take control of emotions and act / react to life situations from reason rather than emotion. honey there is nothing wrong with you, you need to go to your doctor and get on some meds....i am not a pill pusher but if i dont take something for my moods i am horrible...
get yourself on meds and then try to talk to your childrens father you may be able to salvage your relationship...
