I'm scared of having panic attacks at school because of teachers and staff that don't understand?!

Question: I'm scared of having panic attacks at school because of teachers and staff that don't understand.?
so lately my anxiety has been really bad and my panic attacks are bad too cause I have panic disorder. The scenario is one of my teachers care and the others don't. They don't understand and they don't know how dibilitating they are. Even the dean of students acts like it's all my fault because I have this disorder. I'm even scared to go back to school because I know that with panic disorder I will have these attacks. It's like they aren't cooperating and stuff and It's making me really mad. I realized that I shouldn't even have let them know about it and I hate myself for it. Do they not know these attacks aren't planned and scary.? Uhh....I don't know what to do.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Are you in highschool or college.?

If you are in college, then I would look into taking your classes online. Your own school probably offers them & you will not have to deal with the doubters.

If you are in highschool: The teachers and dean can get in big trouble for treating you poorly. Tell your parents & have them held accountable for their actions.Health Question & Answer
