Does anyone know if there's a UK number I can call, as I've only heard of the American one.
I desperately need help and I just need to get away from this place, but without whining, I really just need someone to give me somewhere to call or somewhere to go or SOMETHING.?

Try the samaritans, look up their number online or in a phone book, or contact your doctor to be put in touch with your local mental health authority, my wife did this and she got loads of help.
