I met my first counselor through psychologytoday.com its a website that if you type in your city or zip code, it lists all the psychologists in your area. I met my second counselor by taking to the counselor at my school, she reccommened a couple of people, and Im seeing one of them right now. Both were very helpful to me, because I also suffer from anxiety and depression. Good luck sweetie!!Health Question & Answer
