Vent and write about those things and realize how common they are.
also try working out so that you can release your stress or frustrations(running, boxing, etc) also try helping at charities and realizing your situation is not as bad. Try to solve the problem and FACE IT!!

Your problem is not life, its chemicals or cynicism or both. You either have to:
A- come to realize how great it is to actually be alive
or B- get medicine that helps do this for you.

You need to see a Doctor ASAP and tell them you are depressed and suicidal. They can help you. There is no reason to suffer with modern medicine and there is no reason not to try and take some medication. Nothing can be worse then how you're feeling now. You need to get a hobby that you have fun with or find a person you enjoy being with so much that you can't wait to get up the next morning to do that activity or see that person again.
