I find it weird but sometimes I cry when I'm angry.

yea it's normal! I get so aggravated that I HAVE to let go of my anger in some way so I guess that my brain tells by eyes to drop some tears. b/c I don't do it on purpose either it just happens! but I don't always feel sad, but I SURE DO feel angry! take a deep breath that always helps! or just keep on crying! or yell in your pillow! make sure you vent b/c it's not good to keep all the anger inside b/c then you explode and that's CRAZY!Health Question & Answer
Yes! Thats why when I'm mad at someone I try not to talk to them until I calm down. BEcause I get so mad sometimes where I'll start crying! And they think its becuase they hurt my feelings or really got to me! HA its becuase I want to sock you in your nose! LOL, but really dont hit people! That would be rude! Health Question & Answer
