Uhm, Lincoln Tunnel.? Don't get it! What is the underlying problem and maybe we can help you.? I myself take a 2.5 mil. of valium. Not all the time, but when I can't absolutely get some sleep, I go there. If the warm milk or warm bathe, a boring conversation or a very long drawn out movie doesn't do it, then take a benedryl. If not, go see the doc and tell them why YOU think you can't sleep and he just maybe able to help ya out.Health Question & Answer
