did you ever hear the phrase mother nature knows best. seriously i falied a really important exam i needed for my music college. i was soooooo bummed, even though i knew i could take it again..but it was the stress i felt killing me more than anything. so i knew of a field a mile from my house(i live in the country) and i decided i would head up there and blow off some steam. I spent hours in the evening sun in the most beautiful corn field just running through it and having a picnic and reading a book. by the time i go home i felt so amazing,,,the test seemed so small in comparision. pick a place you know, whether its a field, a lake or creek, somewhere out the country and head off for a couple of hours and just let everthing in youre mind go and take in all around you.

All of us who have challenged ourselves have failed a test at one time or another. You will be fine. Go do something you really enjoy...tennis, surfing, ..anything outdoors! Get your mind off it and then get back and hit the books. Now you know you need to put in even more effort or even get a tutor for that subject...so you did learn something!! Listen to Ratatat...go for a run..lift weights...try not to let it happen again...take a bath and read something...go hunting..whatever you enjoy doing. Maybe you could talk to someone you're close to about your stress and worries about failing the test.? Perhaps you have a friend who aces those tests...or perhaps you could make a friend who does. Well im an honor student and i flunked a test and i went CRAZY so all i just is lay in bed and listen to relaxing music and study harder for my next quiz Trust me it makes you feel good that you know all the answers!Health Question & Answer
