I'm the same way. I still havent overcomed it but I can give you a few tips to help you calm down that work for me.

-If you're giving a presentation make sure you've eaten a good healthy meal before going to the place. Good nutrients in your blood can help you think straight, when you're looking for the right words and you wont be getting nervous tryin to figure out what to say. I hate it when that happens. also, it'll help you get well prepared.

-DONT drink caffiene. caffiene will get your heart to speed making you more nervous and hyper. You'll be all jittery and shaky and 10x's more nervous when you get infront of the class.

-Before you get infront of the class or before you speak take a deep breath and exhale slowly. It'll help to soothe your nerves and calm down much better.

-Get your thought organized and be prepared; study. You'll get even more nervous and at a loss of words if you dont have your thoughts organized and ready to be presented.

-Get a good night sleep and make sure you're well rested. If you're yawning a lot and are really tired you wont be able to concentrate and it'll throw everything off.

Those tips work for me the most, I hope they'll work for you :)Health Question & Answer

public speaking is never easy. have you tried ehow.? they can tell you just about anything!! there are probably a lot of things on line to read on ways to overcome this. it boils down to being afraid of public ridicule and fear of making mistakes. don't worry about others, [they actually poo too] !! and as for mistakes, you will make a lot of those! just know that you are not perfect, no one is, and you are entitled to make mistakes. it is not the end of the world and start by knowing that and forgiving yourself when it does happen.Health Question & Answer

It's perfectly normal to be nervous giving presentations, especially if you don't do it often enough to get used to it. My biggest problem was zero self-confidence and second-guessing myself. I still do, everyone does, but I learned how to laugh at myself and move on instead of beating myself up if something goes terribly wrong.

When it comes to presentations, know your subject. If you know that you know it then there is less room to doubt yourself. Health Question & Answer

Well you should stop caring what they think.
Then it will be so much easier.
Plus everyone's going to forget about it soon so don't worry :-)Health Question & Answer
