Your choice of Avatar name is interesting ! Do you think you dwell on strange concepts and hence have scary images.? Do you dress in an unusual way.? Sucks when you have nightmares. Sometimes I'm scared to go to sleep because of nightmares. Are you going to a therapist.? If not..this is my advice to you. Do not watch anything scary, espeically before going to sleep..and don't think of anything scary or anything that upsets you. I know it might be hard to control your mind sometimes..but that's a main cause of nightmares. What you think about, you dream about. Before you go to sleep read a good book..a HAPPY book. Or watch something happy or funny on tv or a funny movie. That's what i do. Usually I fall asleep while i'm watching it or reading. This should help alittle! I hope it does! Health Question & Answer
r u on any drugs.? any kind of them even given by doctors.?... do you watch late night movies.? horror movies.? fiction .? .....? r your neighbours always having problems with police.? is anyone around you smoking anything as drug absusing.? ... if any of these is true,, if u can stop it, stop it, if u can not, go to a therapist,a doctor, or a police!
