absolutely, a low dosage of around 50mg is fantastic, however its not the best thing to be taking for anxiety unless is coupled with bipolar or dissociation

Yes at a low dose of 25mg to 100mg. It is a heavy duty sedative and it puts most people to sleep. At least you aren't anxious. You shouldn't drive on it.Health Question & Answer
