So im going to turkey in weeks time and i hate flying so so much im really scared anyways that could help me deal with this :( plz help i think its gonna crashHealth Question & Answer

our airlines have been made more safe and we are more likely to get into a car accident than in a plane wreck. find things you enjoy like a book or puzzles or ipod, something to distract you. I was terrified to fly, but we wanted to go to vegas so i did and they put me by the window, which actually helped because the beauty of it was amazing!!!!! the only way your going to get through this is to go through it; no pills, no drink, totally as your normal self.
this is called exposure to fear and it will lead you to see that nothing bad will happen. this will be terrifying but it is the only way to disconfirm your thoughts of death.
