Sleep Pattern disturbed?!
Question: Sleep Pattern disturbed.?
For last 2 weeks, i get sleep at 5 a.m in morning and wake up at 1 p.m in afternoon.
I have tried to sleep at 12 a.m, 1 a.m , 2 a.m but i dont get sleep. Similarly after sleeping at 5 a.m i have tried to wake up early at 9 a.m, 10 a.m etc but i dont get up before 1 p,m
The problem is i have an exam next sunday and i need to get my schedule back in order to write exam in morning.

Just make yourself a schedule. The first night go to bed and 4 a.m and lay there until you fall asleep no matter what then wake up at noon. The next night go to bed at 3 a.m and lay there until you fall asleep then wake up at 11 a.m and so on until you get into a regular sleep patternHealth Question & Answer
