I see clients four days a week in my practice, starting around 9 or 10 and starting my last client around 6, going home by 7 at the latest. I work for myself, so I do not have any benefits other then the fees I charge to my clients. My responsibilities as a private practitioner include assessing what might be happening for the client and potential problems, helping them create a treatment plan and then providing weekly therapy (one hour per week) to help them achieve their treatment goals. I am observant for major problems, manage crises when they occur, refer for other professionals like physicians when necessary and do all of my own accounting and business management. btw, I wouldn't have been able to get into graduate school without a dictionary or spell checker. :)Health Question & Answer
