Is it wrong to take people with mental problems pill's and sell them?!

Could you rephrase this in a way that is even remotely coherent.? I am mentally ill and have sold my pills and traded them for street drugs in the past and so have millions of other people. Right or wrong is a moral issue. It is illegal to take them -- it is called stealing and selling prescription drugs is illegal unless you are a pharmacy, so that is illegal as well. So, you would be breaking two laws, minimum. Answer your question.? Is it morally wrong.?
