I used to be on medication when I was 13-15 for being bipolar. I am now 23 and sick of the downs I can get into. How do I go about seeking mental health.? My parents did it all for me when I was younger.Health Question & Answer

You can call the therapist that you saw when you were younger and ask for a referral to a new one for your adult issues.
