Maybe she feels that you are not understanding what she is trying to tell you.? Or maybe that you aren't listening to her or considering what she mentions as an option for you. Health Question & Answer
You should probably ask her, but it seems that your therapist may be a little insensitive. Psychotherapy can take years to have a noticeable effect. It may help to tell her that you "think she's helping a lot". But, generally, therapists shouldn't say things like that to their patients.Health Question & Answer
