Question: Why would i feel nervous for no reason.?
sometimes ill randomly feel nervous and shaky. i know there is nothing to be nervous about, but i continue to feel that way. im 16 and im a girl btw.Health Question & Answer

It definitely sounds like an anxiety disorder, you should look up Panic attacks and Anxiety attacks on the computer and see if the symptoms fit . I would see a doctor about it, they would be able to help you overcome the problem. I hope you feel better I know how annoying it can be.Health Question & Answer
sounds like an panic attack, they come sometimes ive had it happen twice when i have been in streeful situations that i have been really stressed about. they randomly came two mornings, scary stuff. horrible aye.Health Question & Answer

Go see your Dr. It could be just anxiety . Anxiety attacks can cause nervousness , shaking and a whole lot more .Health Question & Answer
