Is there any way that can make me better.? Because when I come home from school, I am stressed out. I have to wake up at 6:00 am. And i always snap at my brothers also when i go use AIM these people keep on Aiming me which is annoying, and they are also people i see at school everyday. I am always stressed out.

Answers:
You just need to space yourself away from these issues if you know they are not helping your health in anyway. Try to cool yourself around your brothers especially if they are young ones. They will continue to develop a sense of freedom of annoyance if they know you still get ticked off from that. Let them see overtime that it is no use.

Second, AIM is another troublesome matter. Only go on AIM if you need help with homework. also, its just common sense to block those people on AIM if you really need the time away from them. The internet can be a very distracting place. Help yourself to building a better life away from it once in a while.

Lastly, try to get some sleep and eat healthier. Waking up at 6 in the morning can be a drag but make the best of it by doing morning stretches for one min or so.

Try creating some boundaries for yourself with these people. For instance, tell them clearly what you want from them. "Do not AIM me after school, or until 6 pm.", or whatever. "Don't bother me when I'm reading, or when my door is closed", etc. Be polite but firm.

Try to create a peaceful or relaxing atmosphere at least in your own room or for some time period (say a certain time slot), with privacy, relaxing or happy music, etc. Make sure you are getting enough sleep (usually 9 hours or so for teens) and eating enough.
