There are different symptoms with Post Tramatic Stress Syndrome. It depends on what really got to you while you were in Iraq...you know.? I am sorry you feel this way. It's such a tough thing to deal with. My Great-Grandpa had it from WWII and Vietnam and he would always have horrible night terrors and wake up screaming. All that can really be done is therapy of some sort, if you are not into medication. I hope everything gets better. Thanks for what you did for our Country. Take Care. :)Health Question & Answer

First thing I want to say is thank you for going to Iraq and defending our country. If I could I would salute you. Yes it is normal PTSD. I have it and I do the same thing. You need to go to your doctor and get on some medication. If you need to talk to someone about this I'm always here and without judgment.Health Question & Answer

With PTSD there really isn't a "normal". People have different fears and symptoms. Are you seeing a doctor for your symptoms.? If not, I would suggest that you start going... Therapy could help a lot and possibly some medication. Hope you start working on the solution and feel back to normal soon. Good luck. :o)Health Question & Answer
