Question: I'm so mad right now how do i let it out.?
i have so much homework every single night, i'm eating a lot from stress and gaining weight, and my parents are being SO controlling. people at school think i'm a freak and nobody is my friend anymore. what should i do to let all this out! need good ideas idc if they're dangerousHealth Question & Answer

Talk to somebody. Tell them you just need to let off some steam, and then let it all out. Or write it all down. Sometimes when I get angry I start writing and keep writing until I run out of steam. Scream into a pillow--I've done that a couple of times. Use a punching bag. Go running, as fast as you can, to get out all the angry energy. 3. Scream....LOUD(unless you can't like b/c of where you live bring a pillow with you and scream into that or do it in your room)
4. lye down on the grass or your bed
5. take deep breaths
6. you may do it all over again

tell your teachers there giving out to much homework can you give a LITTLE less
find a way to get new friends or change your personatlity

Deep breathing exercises are very good for calming you down. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Now, with your lips pursed together(in the kissing position) let the air out slowly counting to 10. This has been recommended to me by my own doctor when I'm stressed out. It does work. Do you have any close friends that you can vent to.? That always helps.

When you are not so angry, if possible, calmly tell your parents how they are being controlling and why it is bothering you. They may not realize it.
