Have you talked to anyone close to you about these feelings.? If you haven't, talk to someone understanding and very close to you and see what they say.
But, if I were you I would go talk to a psychologist. It sounds to me like you have social anxiety/regular anxiety (esp. since you say you can't eat in public) and a bit of depression (esp. where you say that you "rarely have any fun anymore" and are "afraid to just be happy"). But trust me, you want to talk to somebody professionally about this before it gets too out of control.
I had a lot of the same things - and more - for years and years, (since I was about 11 or 12 and I am now 23) but it has been progressively been getting worse and worse and has been bad enough that my boyfriend and even my friends recently talked me into seeing a therapist. Turns out I have depression and anxiety and they gave me some medication to help ( I was pretty stand-offish about taking meds because I never take medicine, but honestly, it helps a lot). I have been seeing a therapist regularly and faithfully taking my meds and I feel SO much better - I can't believe that I didn't help myself sooner!
But I completely know how you feel - it sucks and it is such an indescribably horrible feeling - but I promise that if you seek help, you will feel better. Trust me, you don't want to "ignore" this for any period of time - it is not worth it. And don't feel bad about getting help - it doesn't make you a weak person or crazy or anything. It is a strong person who can admit there is a problem and get help for it.
Whatever you decide, I wish you the BEST of luck and hope that you get healthy soon!

I just recently got help for my social and general anxiety disorders. It's awful to let this stuff go untreated, it will only worsen and you will become depressed. Seek a doctor a.s.a.p and tell him how you feel. Honestly, it's not worth going 8 years without seeking help like I did. By the way, your not alone in this. If you have any questions feel free to email me. Health Question & Answer

you gotta get over it caus u have the right Health Question & Answer

It is starting to sound like something serious. You need to surround yourself with people that you feel comfortable with. I can honestly say that I have 3 friends. Although it isn't a lot, they are my friends to the end and I can do anything around them and feel comfortable. As for speaking out in public, nothing is going to break you of that except to keeping doing it. I was very shy and would turn red at the drop of a hat. I joined the army and was obviously thrust into a position o being loud and standing in front of people, asserting authourity. Through out the years, I eventually started teaching in the military and found out I liked it. I still turn red but it feels more comfortable and I don't feel like my stomach is going to jump out of my throat while I'm up there.

Hope this helps. I am sure it will pass.Health Question & Answer
