Boss/work problems...?!
Question: Boss/work problems....?
How would you put up with a boss that is.?
loud- both with his talking talking and his music
nosy- does not let you do your job on your own and usually interveins in other people's conversations.
thinks hes always right.
rude- interupts you a lot and sometimes ignors you
an over-reactor- makes things a big deal when they really aren't
my boss is like this. He also swears up and down that he is a "great listener" but he interupts me alot and I sometimes have to repeat myself with him. alot of people have complained about how rude he is and how he tends to blow things out of proportion.
Hes a nice guy- and he probably does not know that he is doing this. hes also generous and is a big-time Jesus/God lover. But he can be so rude that I Just want to yell at him and smack him around.
Please tell me what you would do if you had a boss like that.?
