Question: What is a good way of letting out extreme emotional pain besides crying.?

listen, i've faced waaaaaay more crap than anyone, probably the same as you, less, or more, regardless what I do is things that really let me express my anger, dancing, let's you shake out all of that energy, and writing it out really helps, for example writing out everything you feel on paper or typing it, it's almost as if you're catching your problems in a net or something, as for me I do those things as well as play video games because in a game you are someone else and you can totally let out your anger and you're not hurting yourself or anyone around you, well I guess you are hurting the bad guy in the game, but that's okay :)
