Question: How can I stop being so angry all the time.?
It's driving me crazy!!! Seriously. I dunno why but I'm always so pissed off at home. Is there a way I can just calm down and relax.?.?.? [Besides yoga.] I need to bring down my tension and stress level.Health Question & Answer

Maybe talk to your doctor. you could have a chemical imbalance. there are treatments out there for mood stabilization rather than just anti-depressants. find the root cause and talk to a dr. try not to be self destructive and find a hobby that releases tension like horses or a volunteer job that makes you feel good about yourself. when you feel good about yourself you are more likely to be happy with your life and not even need medication!! take a vacation, get out and have fun.Health Question & Answer

Just stop and breathe for a bit.
I know it sounds lame and you probably hear it a lot but it really helped me.
also don't hold in emotions, if you are pissed just call a good friend and say you need to vent and just rant for a bit. Or write down how pissed you are.

You have too many bottled up things inside of you. I have a slight anger problem when things are bothering me and so I bought a punching bag. Every time I am having a bad day or anything makes me bad I go hit the punching bag for a while and then I have a little bit of my favorite dessert and watch a good show.
