Question: Talking in my sleep....?

I've been told on numerous occassions that I often talk in my sleep. I apparently get very loud and it sometimes wakes up my wife.

I don't think anything can really be done, but you could talk to your doctor about it. also sometimes it can happen when you are really tired, or have had something very sugary or fatty before you go to bed.Health Question & Answer
