My boyfriend went to the doctor today. He did it because I asked him to.
The reason I wanted him to see a doctor was because I thought he should talk to someone about his behavior.
He gets in really bad moods often. Anything can set him off. From people dressed in the wrong way, the way someone looks at him or a fight.
Once he gets in that mood he is soooo stubborn, rude, arrogant and so unlike himself.
Nothing can calm him out of that mood until his by himself and settles down.
Once he is settled he realizes what he has said and done and he feels terrible. He is unable to control it.
The doctor is sending him to a psychiatrist and is going to perscribe him with medication.
He's not seeing the psychiatrist for a week or two.

Could be bipolar mania.? Or depression, perhaps.? I know it's really hard for you right now, but he really needs your support. I've been battling depression for quite awhile, and my boyfriend has been the only thing keeping me going! Good Luck! Things will get better!
