Maybe the best thing to do right now is to push this thought aside and do something that will help you forget this and at the same time, make you happy. Like me, when I get depressed, I pick up a book, or play Playstation games, or put on a movie I like.

I don't know what you can do other than to just say "thanks" to the Universe and be happy. That's been my approach for about the last 20 years, and it's working for me.
