What exactly is the one move technique regarding panic attacks?!

Question: What exactly is the one move technique regarding panic attacks.?
Answers:
How to get out of a current panic attack.? "Cube Breathing." Breath in deep for eight seconds. Hold for eight seconds. Exhale for eight seconds. Sit idle for four seconds. Repeat at least three times, more if needed. This gets necessary oxygen into your system to get rid of the flight or fight response.

I've never taken drugs for panic attacks and, man, I used to get them.

First you have to get yourself out of depression. Unfortunately, yes, think only good thoughts and start reading or listening to positive, motivational material, and daily affirmations.

Next, get on the good side of diet and exercise. They say coffee is good to quit (that's always been my bane). I didn't quit but I limited my coffee intake. Lessen your fat, cholesterol and sugar. For me, especially processed sugar. Ice cream is really, really good and makes us feel good, but in the long run contributes to anxiety. Staying off of processed sugar for a few months and longer. It will pay off. Excess carbs too.

Exercise.? 30 minutes a day. Forget about heart rate and numbers and that stuff. When you're finished.? You should be tired. Period. A good workout gets the heart going and you might perspire a bit. Drink water, not soda nor Gatorade. Water and lots of it. Worry about the numbers later. Right now, you want to feel good. Get a good workout.

Speaking of numbers, one out of ten people suffer or have suffered anxiety attacks. Remember that when you're out in public and you'll see that others have learn to control and arrest it.

It's only a chemical imbalance that can be controlled by proper means. Drug companies would love to have you a dependent for their bottom line. It is a series of responsible thought processes to get out of the 'stinking thinking' syndrome, not Prozac or whatever TF they're pushing . That only makes you feel good but does not teach you how to think. I know. I've been there and refused prescriptions offered many times. It took a little longer but I now know the signs of depression and can start thinking responsibly, for my own health.

Finally, see a psychotherapist, one who deals with anxiety and depression. Tell them you want to try it without drugs. Just diet and exercise. Get rid of some of the excess baggage from your previous life and tell them you want to 'graduate' to a new person. You're ready.

Good luck and keep your eye on the prize.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.

But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced... you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction... There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to....
