I'm paranoid all the time and I really don't want to pay tons of money for talking with someone for 2 hours. What's an easy, gradual way to get rid of paranoia.?Health Question & Answer

There are only 2 options and no EZ shortcuts. It's meds/and/or therapy. The counselor has to ask you .?.?.? and get info as to why you are paranoid. Only then can he/she figure out the right meds to give you. I would try the counselor. Remember they had to go thru a lot of schooling to become a counselor.Health Question & Answer

i dont think theres a cure you have to figure out why your paranoid witch is nearly impossible to do
