I want to cry but cant?!

I would suggest counselling, you need to talk through your feelings and get them out. As you have said, what you are doing now (or not doing) makes you feel more like crap.

It depends if you won't let yourself or if you can't cry. If you won't let yourself, you ought to. You simply can't hold things like that back. It's fine to cry every once in a while, especially if it's over the passing of a friend. Now, if you really can't cry, I guess it's not a big deal. I have that problem and I'm a girl. I only cry a once or twice a year... and I'm not a serial killer.

Don't worry about this, I also don't cry very much and often wonder if something is wrong with me.? Sometimes I wish I would cry, as crying is a great mental release, but I have accepted the fact that I just am not as emotional versus others, and I'm assuming that this may be how you are to.?
