I am always so so so so so tired!!!!!?!


Question: I am always so so so so so tired!!!!!.?
So I have to get up at 5:45 in the morning to catch the bus every day. I tried going to bed early (9:00) but I was still really really really tired. Does anyone have a good method of staying awake.? (Other than caffeine.?.?.?)Health Question & Answer

1] Get plenty of quality sleep. If you wake up more tired than when you when to bed, talk to your doctor about being sleep tested.

2] If you haven't had one in a while get a full physical including blood workup for blood sugar disorders and thyroid functionality.

3] Eat a healthy diet. Cheap carbs make us tired. Make sure you are getting protein in every meal.

4] Take a quality vitamin/mineral for women.

5] Drink plenty of water.

6] Take ginseng (Ginsana) and ginkgo biloba (Ginkgold) for natural brain stimulants.

7] Your workouts should be cardio based.

8] Do not drink tons of coffee, as it will tire out your adrenal glands.
